This role entails close collaboration with different departments and vendors to support system routines and ensure effective project implementation. Responsibilities: Provide system support, handle business user inquiries, and enable business users to perform business operations on commercial applications such as Ticketing, Venue and Event Management, and POS; Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect, analyse, and document business requirements; Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in the current commercial applications; Document the application/data flows for the systems to visualize the business processes; Liaise with IT technical teams, including architecture, infrastructure, integration and cybersecurity requirements and specifications; Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, validate proposed solutions, and resolve conflicts or ambiguities; Work with the vendors to design, develop and implement the solutions that fit the business requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; Have at least 4 years of business analysis and project management experience; Proven experience as a Business Analyst with relevant experience in revenue systems; Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions among vendors, IT technical teams, and stakeholders; Hands-on experience in the documentation of system flow, workflow and data diagrams; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear and concise requirements; Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies; Be proficient in written English and spoken Cantonese.
