Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Job Responsibilities Coordinate and participate in the planning, execution, and support of production and services technical rollouts on a weekly basis. On-going monitoring of service quality and system stability of launched products and services. Keep track of the performance and evaluate the effectiveness of new products/services through post-implementation reviews. Monitor and proactively manage fraud detection capabilities to reduce fraud and understand the effectiveness of existing measures. Management of third-party partners and solutions. Budget management. Define and develop improvement opportunities across end-to-end customer experience, digitally native capabilities, and digital penetration in Digital Platform. Assist in the guideline and documents write-up to ensure the user experience and interface of new/enhanced products/services are consistent and intuitive. Research new technologies and services, assess competitors and new entrants, and review regulations for Digital requirements. Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
