What You’ll Do:Assist in delivery of marketing collateral such as campaign assets, marketing calendars, weekly PR & marketing activations updatesCollect and consolidate weekly marketing & PR reports, monthly PR reports & KPI trackers, seeding trackers, media targets, interim campaign report updatesCoordinate the execution of marketing projects, including establishing and maintaining timelines, gathering all pertinent information, and follow-ups with parties involvedAssist in samples order, management, and traffickingAssist in seeding managementAssist in advertising and retail marketing: gather placement specification, asset delivery and reportingSupport with the planning and execution of events, collaborate with external stakeholdersAssist in creating purchase procurement request, contract approval review, budget tracker update, invoice request & approval process, vendor creationAssist in translation of marketing materialsMonitor expenses as per budget assignedLiaise with other teams & suppliers smoothly so that work is completed within agreed standards & on scheduleAssisting with general administration with Marketing departmentLet’s Talk About You:
Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines2 – 3 years marketing experience in retail industry, preferably in PR agency or luxury apparel brandsOutstanding organizational and time management skillsStrong communicator and ability to act as liaison with cross-functional teamsCreative and a team playerAbility to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong self-initiative, detail oriented and well-organized. With “can-do” attitude.Knowledge of marketing, sales and business processesStrong project management and support skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWilling to learn, open-minded and positiveAbility to manage multiple deadlines and show initiativeFluent in English, Cantonese/ MandarinStrong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Able to work in fast paced office environmentCandidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant, MarketingWhat’s in it For You?
