a typical day will include the following:Formulate sourcing strategy and ensure the strategy is aligned with business directionIdentify and negotiate with potential suppliersMaintain a good and professional relationship with the supply chain partnersCollaborate with product, quality, operation and supply chain to ensure a smooth supply chain processParticipate in product development with new technologies/products/suppliers and price calculationDrive process improvement and cost reductionsKnowledge, Capabilities, Experience:Over 8 years of related merchandising experienceMust have strong PD & sourcing skills for hard goods productStrong leadership, supplier management and communication skillsAdaptable and flexibleFluent in English and Mandarin
