Assistant Corporate Finance Manager
– with details as follows:The Job:
Report to:
Head of Corporate Finance & Investor RelationsBusiness Opportunity Analysis:
Conduct analysis and due-diligence reviews on potential business opportunities, business planning, investment studies, and scenario analysis.Corporate Transactions Support:
Assist in corporate transactions and related listing rules matters, coordinating with internal and external parties to prepare documents and responses.Post-Investment Management:
Support post-investment management to ensure smooth integration and drive business success.Investor Relations:
Assist in investor relations activities.Investor Presentations:
Develop and update investor presentation materials to align with company development and business strategies.Data and Financial Analysis:
Conduct regular operational data and financial analysis.Market Monitoring:
Monitor market and industry activities, gather investor feedback, and summarize research reports; prepare analysis reports.Ad Hoc Assignments:
Perform additional tasks as required.Educational Background:
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.Professional Qualification:
Qualified accountant (HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.Experience:
Experience in a listed company, corporate finance organization, PR firms, or a Big 4 or international accounting firm background is preferred.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Language Proficiency:
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both verbal and written.Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel is required.Terms & Benefits:
