Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our vendor base, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving continuous improvement. If you have a strong background in electronics manufacturing and excellent negotiation skills, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
The Purchasing Manager will ensure a high-quality and efficient vendor base, maintain an approved vendor list, and strengthen supplier management and performance. They will also identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous cost reduction and alternative sourcing strategies. Additionally, the manager will develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure the best value for the organization.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry. They should have exposure to global and PRC local sourcing, familiarity with RoHS & WEEE standards, and knowledge of the SAP system. Strong negotiation and contract management skills are essential, as well as proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. The ability to travel to factories and suppliers in China and Vietnam is required.
