Join us in this journey to make your career even more fulfilling and rewarding.Responsibilities:Work in a 24 hours Control Center - Airport Operations Support (AOS) which incorporates in Integrate Operation Control Centre (IOCC);Coordinate and communicate flight / passenger recovery plans and collectively come up with the best outcome for the passengers, the operation and the business;Monitor daily operations and carry out the decision-making to ensure smooth handling, especially in disruption situations;Provide guidance to outstation ground handling personnel;Execute blacklisting system on ad-hoc basis according to company instruction;Prepare daily report for operational review;Review daily on-time performance and follow up with station performance team for rectification;Perform shift and overnight duties.Qualifications:Tertiary or above;5 years aviation or civil airline experience including 1 year in supervisory level;Ramp or dispatch handling experience will be an advantage;Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus);Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office;Good communication skills and team player;Able to work under pressure.Your Future Work Life:Fly anywhere we fly for free with your friends and family to explore the world;Open office to collaborate, connect and share great ideas;Energetic and multicultural teammates from up to 50 nationalitiesCompany-organized shuttle buses connecting the workplace with major locations in the HK Island, Kowloon and N.T.Advertised:
