BTIG .Job PurposeBTIG seeks a talented and ambitious candidate to join the APAC Institutional Middle Office team. In this role, the ideal candidate will be supporting a broad range of cash equities business - PT, DMA, and the High Touch desk in trade date functions (Allocations, Confirmations & Reconciliations).Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform daily activities relating to client trade booking, reconciliation and ensure all daily activities and controls are completed in a timely manner.Trade allocation and confirmation generation to clients.Trade day cash and stock reconciliation.Participate in projects, change initiatives and office administration.Drive the implementation of a front to back model to improve client experience and operational efficiency.Requirements & Qualifications10 years of experience in securities products, an operations background and client-facing experience is preferred.Bachelor's degree.Understanding of the trade life cycle.Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.Self-motivated approach to work with a high work ethic and superior attention to detail.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Must work collaboratively, explain and challenge as appropriate.Problem solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues.The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and passion for constant improvement and transformation.Important NotesMust be authorized to work in Hong Kong (or in Australia if applying for the role in Australia).Resumes must be included with your application in order to be considered.No phone calls please, you will be contacted within two weeks if your application is successful.About BTIGBTIG is a global financial services firm specializing in institutional trading, investment banking, research and related brokerage services.
