This role combines business development, project management, and knowledge sharing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities in data analytics and AI, while managing multiple client projects and contributing to the team's professional growth.Reporting of the role:

This role reports to Associate Director, Data Analytics.Responsibilities of the role:Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue business opportunities in data analytics and AISupport pitch presentations for new business opportunitiesDevelop compelling proposals for data-driven solutionsWork with technical teams to translate business needs into solutionsSupport the growth of our data analytics and AI service offeringsProject ManagementLead multiple concurrent client projects and deliverablesCreate and manage project timelines, resources, and budgetsCoordinate with internal teamsEnsure profitable delivery of client projectsMonitor project scope and manage change requestsRegular client reporting and status updatesInternal Training & DevelopmentDesign and deliver training sessions on data analytics and AICreate learning materials and documentationShare industry best practices and new developmentsSupport team's professional development in data-driven approachesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in any fieldAt least 2 years of relevant work experienceConsulting or technical sales experience is desiredExperience in developing data analytics and AI business proposals, and project managementStrong understanding of data analytics solutions, AI technologies, cloud platforms, and BI visualization toolsGood understanding of MarTech platforms (such as CM360, DV360, SA360, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Meta) is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and EnglishMore about EssenceMediacom:
