The main responsibilities include conducting biochemical assays, molecular cloning experiments, maintaining cell and bacterial cultures and cooperating with electronic engineers to develop laboratory equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in biomedical engineering and hands-on experience in laboratory procedures.Responsibilities:Biochemical Assays : Conduct literature reviews on the latest developments in bacterial and cell culture technologies. Develop and perform various biochemical assays to support research projects.Molecular Cloning : Conduct molecular cloning experiments and research, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, and plasmid construction.Cell Culture : Maintain and manage mammalian cell cultures, ensuring optimal growth conditions and contamination prevention.Bacterial Culture : Handle bacterial cultures for experimental purposes, including growth, maintenance, and storage.Data Analysis : Analyze and interpret experimental data, providing detailed reports and presentations to the research team.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing research and development projects.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related field.Proven experience in biochemical assays, molecular cloning, and cell/bacterial culture techniques.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures.Preferred Skills:Experience with advanced molecular biology techniques.Proficiency in data analysis software and laboratory information systems.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in biomedical research.Additional Information
