Equity Derivatives Structurer (81922) Central and Western District, Hong Kong

Responsibilities:Structure, price, and manage a wide range of equity/fixed income-related structured products, including but not limited to on/off balance sheet notes issuance, repo (GMRA based), options and swaps (ISDA based), SBL (GMSLA based), structured financing, cross-border solutions (QDII/QFII), and product onboarding/distributions.Complete market studies and analysis: market trends, competitors watch, regulatory watch.Assist in answering sales or clients’ requests.Participate in new products and solutions design.Assist in drafting and reviewing products legal documentation (term sheets, final terms, confirmations, etc.).Assist in negotiating agreements with clients (distribution agreements, master agreements, etc.) and service providers.Requirements:Master’s degree with background in quantitative finance preferred.5 years related working experience at a similar position on the trading floor in sell side.In-depth understanding of product (repo, TRS, FX swap, SBL, on/off balance sheet structured notes, etc.) and relevant accounting knowledge.Experience in Strategic Asset Allocation strongly preferred.Excellent command of English and Chinese.
