Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize data gatheringMonitoring and reporting on KPI's for each IT department and providing insight for improvementsGathering critical information from meetings with stakeholders and producing useful reportsGather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growthAssume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashionEvaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processesCompile and distribute reports on application development and deploymentEvaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behaviorConsult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industryPerforming requirements analysisDocumenting and communicating the results of your effortsUpdating, implementing and maintaining proceduresPrioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirementsServing as a liaison between stakeholders and usersMonitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projectsOccasional travel to our sites in Philippines or PRCJob Requirements

Degree holder or above in Statistics / Business Administration / Computer Science or any related field (Mathematics, Accounting, etc.)More than 3 years working experience on data handlingCandidates with relevant qualification but less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Data AnalystProficient with MS Excel, MS VBA, Access / MS SQL ServerProficient in Data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, Business ObjectsProficient in R / Matlab / SAS / Python other statistical software programming a plusExperience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Mining is a definite advantageIndependent, self-motivated and team playerStrong analytical, numerical and research skillsStrong presentation and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentExperience creating detailed reports and giving presentationsAdapts to a fast-moving IT landscape and keep pace with latest thinking and new technologiesThrives on change, showing an impressive ability to drive the IT strategy forwardAnalytical mind capable of managing numerous information sources and providing data analysis reports to senior managementPlans and Organizes, Multi-taskerDemonstrates Incisive Thinking, Demonstrates BoldnessCreative thinking – able to look at alternatives and consider new ways of thinking to problem solve
