Our network includes 2,400 tutors and consultants worldwide who work with over 20,000 students. Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US, Canada, UK, and beyond. This is a full-time position, based in Hong Kong; hybrid mode with in-office days and work from home available. What are the main responsibilities for this role?Conducting consultations and academic assessments Presenting Crimson products Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships Continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge Pitching and ideating new ways to connect with families Forging partnerships with associated businesses, non-profits, organizations, and more Working with the Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos, and Crimson seminars Researching potential organizations and markets for lead generation/partnerships Attending industry events where relevant and provide feedback and information on market trends You just might be the person we are looking for if you have: Excellent previous sales track record Strong storytelling skill and experience public speaking Experience with higher education or a deep understanding of the college application process Interest in working with families and students to connect them to the best program An interest in changing the world through educationComfort with video chat and speaking over the phone Experience that would be useful in this role: Salesforce Fluency in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus)Understanding of the US/UK Undergrad application process Why work for Crimson?Flexible working environment, you will be empowered to structure how you work Option to work from our many locations/remotely around the globe (role dependent) with usLimitless development and exposure - our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year.$1,000 NZD training budget per year - we love to level upPsychologist on staff Impressive fireside chats and workshops to help the team continuously level up Radical Candour is a feedback approach we live by We’re a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globeIf you're passionate about education and people and looking for a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and want to work with cutting-edge technology then we'd love to hear from youPlease keep an eye on your spam/junk email folder for correspondence from Team Tailor.#J-18808-Ljbffr
