Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (Senior Manager)An internationally renowned MNC listed in USA and a market leader with multiple award-winning brands under the Group. With progressive business expansion plans across Asia Pacific, they have set up their regional office in Hong Kong and continuing to grow their team in APAC. They are looking for a meticulous Associate Director / Senior Manager to be responsible for regional FP&A duties across different brands in a few individual markets. Candidates with less experienced will be considered as Senior Manager - FP&A. Job Description Reporting into the Finance Director you will work alongside a lean team. Business Partner with the regional channel and functional leads to manage the business performance and drive strong growth. Be a key contact within APAC for the Global finance and accounting functions, ensure processes are in place to meet internal controls, accounting standards. Co-ordinate and consolidate the regional forecast and budgeting process ensuring variances are identified with commentary. Provide strategic analysis to regional management team and recommendations for improvement. Ensure monthly and quarterly account closing activities are well performed locally to meet the headquarters’ accounting and financial requirements/timelines. Facilitate business partnership with service providers and government third parties, e.g. banks, tax authorities, customs, vendors and so on as required. Review and propose improvements/streamlining to work processes and ways of workings to ensure the team is effective and efficient and aligned with the corporate directions. Work closely with senior management to provide value added analysis for current and future decisions. Requirements Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent is a MUST. ACCA / CPA qualified or equivalent is a must. At least 10+ years of relevant commercial experience in Accounting & Finance roles. Trained in audit will be advantageous. Industry experience in Professional Services, Consultancy, or Law Firm would be a plus. Knowledge on USGAAP is not required, but a value added asset. Working experience in an MNC in a regional capacity will be an added advantage. Candidates strong in Excel (Macro, Pivot Table, Big Data) with experience using Hyperion, Essbase, or Data Visualisation Tools (Power BI / Tableau) is highly advantageous. Fluency in English, Cantonese is essential to this role.
