As their business strengthens, they are hiring a Director with a strong background in strategic planning, corporate strategy and analysis to join the team. Your new role: Lead the business strategy, strategic planning and execution of business growth across HK and the Greater Bay Area. Oversee the monthly, quarterly and regular business review for management's decision-making. Drive the flow of budget planning, strategic business planning and forecasting. Oversee and track various KPIs to ensure targets are met and maintained. Partner with C-Suites and leadership team on M&A strategy, due diligence, business case analysis, ad-hoc projects and strategic planning. Lead an engaged and high-performing team with a positive culture. What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant Business, Finance, Economics or relevant disciplines. Master's degree, Qualified CPA or similar qualification is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills. Have a strategic and analytical mindset. Reliable and able to work under pressure.
