From welcoming new colleagues to best-in-class leadership development programmes, employee potentials will be identified and nurtured throughout their career with the Group.As a Sous Chef - Staff Restaurant, we rely on you to:Oversee the daily operations of the staff restaurant, including food production, food presentation, and menu designMaintain the food quality and kitchen sanitation in compliance with HACCP standards and the Hotel's safety regulationsOrder ingredients, arrange the roster of the team, operate equipment and conduct mise en place verification to uphold the staff restaurant's highest quality benchmarksConduct regular training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food recipes, and food safety to enhance the proficiency of the teamWe are looking for someone who has:Minimum 8 years of culinary and management experience in luxury hotels, clubhouses, or upscale catering groups, including 4 years of experience in hotels with similar capacityExperience in the operation of a staff restaurant would be an advantageSolid hygiene knowledge in HACCPKnowledge in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong leadership and communication skills in both Chinese and EnglishAll information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purposes.
