Assist to revise and maintain manuals related to cargo operations for regulatory compliance of regulatory and the airline.Assist to monitor the daily cargo operations locally and overseas in regards of safety and security.Assist to follow up with incident investigations related to dangerous goods, safety, and security issues.Assist in follow up with cargo related irregularities.Assist in procurement of airline stationery and relevant system updating.Assist in follow up with training issues which including approval of outports training syllabus.Assist in monitor the budget for outports.Assist in monitoring ULD operations.Work closely with HKC and AAT for smooth cargo operations.Assist in coordination and monitoring of cargo operation in outstations.Work closely with Corporate Safety Department to ensure cargo operations compliance.Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in air industry preferably with airlines, ground handling agents or cargo terminals.Tertiary Education or Bachelor's degree holder.Knowledge in Dangerous Goods Regulations.Knowledge in Cargo Security Program (e.g. Regulated Agent Regime at HKG).Good command of spoken and written English. Spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).Good analytical and problem solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels and in a multi-cultural working environment.Sound PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.A good team player with self-initiative and ability to work independently and under pressure.Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Good leadership skills and able to lead the team to achieve company goals.Independent, well-organized and detail-minded.Hong Kong Airlines is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
