On-site Full Time Permanent 1 - 3 Year Entry level We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist (Accounting) to join our team. This role focuses on core accounting functions while providing exposure to broader financial planning and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support business operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. Manage treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and payments. Assist in tax filings, regulatory compliance, and preparation of financial statements. Support budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and cost management. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and corporate governance requirements. Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, and Clinical teams on financial matters and reporting. Assist in ad-hoc finance projects, audits, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. What You'll Gain: Hands-on experience in corporate finance and accounting.
