Job DescriptionLead the development and acquisition strategy for data center projects in Hong Kong, including land, utilities, connectivity, and government relationships.Provide guidance to the Finance & Analysis team regarding resource capital budgets.Coordinate with various teams to support the development and launch of data centers in Hong Kong.Develop and manage metrics to quantify project resources in Hong Kong.Manage relationships with external consultants and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with the Sales & Business team to understand customer demands and requirements and incorporate them into project development.Work closely with the Government Relationship team to establish strong relationships with local authorities for project approval and delivery.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or equivalent work experience in data center infrastructure projects.3+ years of experience in data center-related roles such as site selection, business development, or project development, or 5+ years of experience in developing large commercial buildings or logistics parks.Strong understanding of data center site selection requirements and project development mechanisms.Knowledge and experience with large-scale power systems and negotiation with vendors, suppliers, consultants, and government agencies.Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.Ability to perform complex business case and data analysis to justify project scope and present justifications to management.
