Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.ResponsibilityResolve customers enquiries or issues upon escalation from internal and external source and ensure proper follow-up to the final closure.Monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems to ensure their smooth functioningCollaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projectsDocument technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQsProvide on-site and online training and assistance to users of Cartrack application systemsProvide technical support for any IT related matters or issue internally and externallyContinuously update technical knowledge and skillsRequirementsDiploma/Bachelor in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/Automotive Engineering or related disciplineMin.1-2 years of relevant experience in IT related field is preferredProficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin to handle customer queriesMust have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasmAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work outside regular business hours as required
