Business Development Manager (Interior Design/Architecture)

Our client is recruiting for well-connected Business Development Managers with a deep understanding of the interior and architectural market in Asia - specifically Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and/or Thailand.The primary responsibilities of this role include identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and securing top-tier projects that align with the company's design philosophy and brand vision.This is a role where candidates must be comfortable to work independently across these functions.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy.Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.Attend industry events and networking opportunities.Collaborate with other offices on business development initiatives.Coordinate fee proposals, project updates, and contract reviews.SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

5 years+ in a business development roleExperience and contacts within the interior design or architecture industryEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunitiesWilling to travelWilling to work independentlyFluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.APPLICATION
