Manager, Supply Chain

To manage the Supply Chain & Procurement functions, drive strategically and operationally to support business growth. Ensure compliance to company policy, legal regulations & authority requirements

Key Accountabilities: 

Supply Planning

• Consolidate sales forecast from all channels, translate it to executable supply plan, then manage subsequent P2P process
• Be responsible for replenishment to minimize OOS. Ensure festive supply to meet sales target
• Try every effort to ensure supply on track. And for any exceptions, timely escalation to immediate supervisor and follow up an internal communication to enable sales management

Inventory Management 

• Monitor inventory turnover and manage inventory slow-moving and aging to minimize write-off
• Regular reconciliation of 3PL inventory record, identify and resolve gap
• Propose business-driven inventory purchase decision

Procure-to-Pay Process (P2P)

• Set up and sustain P2P process, in compliance to group policy
• Be the owner of the process, have control points in place to ensure internal compliance. Ensure process is setup to secure system data integrity and accuracy
• Continuous review and enhance process to improve efficiency and OTIF rate
• Ensure P2P related documents (e.g. NDA, CoC, Contract, etc) and documentations (e.g. process documents & supplier guideline, etc) are in place and updated

Order-to-Cash Process (O2C)

• Set up and sustain O2C process, in compliance to group policy
• Be the owner of the process, have control points in place to ensure internal compliance. Ensure process is setup to secure system data integrity and accuracy
• Continuous review and enhance process to improve efficiency and OTIF rate
• Support to ensure compliance fulfilment and provide documentation for destination import and market sales

3rd Party Logistics Management

• Manage outsourced services, including but not limited to, warehousing, delivery and co-packing, to ensure service level up to company’s requirements
• Properly translate user requirements into executable SOP and be responsible for cost and service negotiation and review
• Participates, develops and manages Supply Chain budget and forecast

Others

• Be responsible for all KPIs & SOP of SC&P operations
• Provide strategical inputs for improving overall SC&P operations and business results
• Be a team player to liaise with different team to drive for better margin
• Be SC&P representative to join cross-functional project as assigned
• Complete tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree or above preferably in Supply Chain areas
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations with over 5 years at supervisory level
• Solid experience in procurement & supply planning. And practical experience in operating ERP systems
• Strong sense of compliance
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, and able to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Highly self-initiatives, problem-solving with strong analytical skills
• Strong in using excel spreadsheet for simulations, analysis and reporting
• Highly flexible and able to manage work under tight timeline
