Our client is a reputable retailer with significant presence in the menswear sector. To cope with its expansions, they are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join and bring in new inspirations on overall marketing and branding direction.about the team.Reporting to the General Manager, you will be managing a close-knit team with experienced individuals to support your day to day operations. You will be covering retail marketing, public relations, events and CRM with internal and external support.

  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the brand's goals and target audience
  • Define brand's unique selling points and develop compelling messaging that resonates with the target market. Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels and communications
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the brand
  • Develop and oversee both online and offline marketing initiatives, including in store marketing activities, celebrity endorsement, VM, email marketing, social media marketing and content marketing
  • Plan and manage advertising and promotional activities, including but not limited to print, online ad, media partnerships, influencer collaborations, public relations efforts. Work closely with advertising agencies and media partners to develop impactful campaigns
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensure optimal allocation of resources
  • Track marketing expenses, measure campaign ROI and provide regular reports on marketing performance to the senior management team's review
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, influencers, media partners and industry professionals. Identify partnership opportunities that can enhance brand visibility and reachskills & experiences required.
    • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or any relevant disciplines
    • 5+ years of marketing/branding experience within the retail industry is required
    • Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical, organized and result oriented
