A world leading logistics service is looking for a HR Manager to join their fast growing business.

  • Build a deep understanding of the business to deliver business-aligned HR solutions that support business goals and objectives.
    Develop a comprehensive talent strategy, supported by succession plans to ensure the current and future calibre of talent needed to support the business is in place.
  • You will be handling full spectrum of HR business partnering and operations including performance management, coaching, employee relations, engagement initiatives and exit interviews.
  • Partner on the HR strategy to ensure smooth delivery of the full suite of generalist activities
  • Responsible for HR projects i.e. Employer Branding initiativesskills & experiences required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or other relevant degree
    • 5 - 10 years' experience in human resources management
    • Experience in HR analytic using HR systems and tools such as HRIS, Salesforce etc.
    • Experience in HR project management, working on projects that impact the employee life cycle
    • Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese
