  • Provide professional HR advice in order to align business objectives, organise employee engagement initiatives, retain diverse talent, etc.
  • Handle, develop and implement recruitment strategies, selection and on boarding processes.
  • Execute and monitor budget and staff headcount plans in order to meet business and productivity goals.
  • Assist in developing and implementing people strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Assist with continuously developing leadership and business competence capabilities according to business needs.
  • Support the team with a focus on talents and high-performing potentials, and contribute to country and regional initiatives.skills & experiences required.
    • Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration or equivalent.
    • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
    • 5 years in HR generalist work experience
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
    • Immediately Available is highly preferred
