The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Data & Analytics to lead the team to drive data-driven decision-making and insights across the organization.

  • Lead the development and execution of data science & analytics strategies, aligning them with business objectives to drive data-based decision-making and insights.
  • Design and drive the end-to-end data and AI solutions with multiple business units and functions units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities where digital, data science and analytics can provide valuable insights and solutions.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment by effectively communicating the value and impact of digital, data science and analytics initiatives, ensuring buy-in and support from key decision-makers.
  • Act as Center of Excellence (CoE) for digital and data, defining best practices, standardizing tools and processes, and promoting knowledge sharing and upskilling across the organization.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner, influencing decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, analytics, and machine learning technologies, and identify opportunities to apply them to improve business outcomes.skills & experiences required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
    • At least 12 years in a digital, data science or analytics role, recent 3-5 years at managerial/lead role, with a strong track record of delivering business insights and driving data-based decision-making.
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex business challenges using data-driven approaches.
    • Experience in stakeholder management and driving alignment across diverse teams and decision-makers.
    • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL.
    • Solid knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modelling techniques, and data visualization tools.
    • Familiarity with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and privacy.
