Our client is a reputable beauty brand that is committed to delivering the highest quality makeup products for its customers. Even Kate Moss and Gigi Hadid are the brand's hardcore fans. To cope with its local expansions and growing exposure, they are currently looking for a Retail Trainer to join and help elevate their Make Up Artists' makeup techniques and servicing skills.

about the team.You will work closely with the Area Manager and Training Manager on designing training content and module. You will be travelling between different stores every day to provide necessary training and coaching activities. It is a 5-day work week and you are required to work based on shifts and business needs.

about the job.

  • Provide professional knowledge and theory in beauty, application and makeup skills to Beauty Advisors
  • Arrange training and responsible for evaluation and follow up
  • Prepare training materials/tools, deliver online/classroom/in-store training programs
  • Support company marketing events to promote the brand and products
  • Participate in large scale events/functions on makeup serviceskills & experiences required.
    • 5+ years of in-store make up experience with minimum of 3 years of experience in training retail staff
    • Experienced in backstage make up/fashion shows/events is required
    • Proficient in Cantonese and English is required
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Able to work independently and with a big group
    • Positive mindset, self motivated and a team player
