MYKA, a new premium Greek Frozen Yogurt concept launching in Hong Kong, is building its opening team. We are looking for a hands-on Store assistants and front of house team members who love Frozen Yogurt, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Store Assistants (full-time / part-time)

Front of House team
Across both roles, you will:

Welcome customers with a warm greeting and positive attitude.

Provide personalised recommendations, explaining flavours, toppings, ingredients, and allergen information.

Prepare Greek frozen yogurt following precise recipes, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.

Uphold strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in all areas of the store.

Operate the POS system quickly and accurately for all orders.
-
Handle electronic payments, following opening and closing procedures precisely.

Help with basic inventory tasks such as recording product inflows and outflows and flagging low stock.

Focus on delivering friendly, efficient, and accurate service at the counter.

Build strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions and suggest the best combinations.

Support teammates to keep operations smooth during busy periods.
-
Some experience in customer service, ideally in F&B, café, retail, or hospitality is an advantage.

Strong people skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds.

A team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude and genuine interest in food and quality ingredients.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
