Eprint Group Limited, a Hong Kong-listed company, is actively driving corporate upgrading and digital transformation. We cordially invite senior management talent with extensive experience in corporate operations, business strategy, data analytics, AI applications, and digital transformation to join our Group Executive Leadership team.
This pivotal role will report directly to the Board of Directors, actively participating in the Group's overall development strategy, AI implementation, and corporate digital transformation. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Board to establish the Group's core competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities for the next decade.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in formulating and executing the Group's overall development strategies.

Drive corporate digital transformation, AI application, and data-driven management.

Leverage business strategy and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and market competitiveness.

Establish and refine the corporate data-driven decision-making mechanism, fostering management innovation and continuous improvement.

Lead cross-functional teams in driving major reforms and strategic development projects.

Provide the Board of Directors with forward-looking business analysis, strategic recommendations, and decision support.
Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)

University degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines; an MBA degree is a distinct advantage.

Possess 12-15 years of extensive experience in large-scale corporate operations management, with at least 5 years at C-Level or Senior Director level; experience in managing listed companies is highly preferred.

Industry Background: Must have a strong background in "Manufacturing / Printing," "Large-scale Retail / O2O Chain Stores," or "E-commerce / Logistics Supply Chain."

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO Quality Management Systems.

Possess strong business acumen, financial analysis capabilities (P&L Management), and strategic thinking.

Exceptional leadership and cross-departmental coordination skills, capable of effectively managing diverse teams ranging from frontline blue-collar (factory/logistics) to white-collar (IT/office) staff.

Proficient in Chinese and English, with fluent Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills.
