About the Company

As the business enters a new phase of transformation and growth, it is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Human Resources to lead the people agenda, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits, organisational effectiveness, and workforce transformation. This is a strategic leadership role that will partner closely with senior management to drive HR excellence, support business change initiatives, and ensure the organisation remains competitive in attracting, retaining, and rewarding talent. ## The Role Reporting to senior leadership, the Head of HR will lead the full spectrum of Human Resources activities while serving as the subject matter expert for Compensation & Benefits. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping reward strategies, driving organisational change, and building a high-performing workforce aligned to the company's transformation objectives. ##
Key Responsibilities
## Compensation & Benefits Leadership
- Develop and execute the organisation's total rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead compensation benchmarking, salary structure reviews, and market competitiveness assessments.
- Design and manage annual salary review, bonus, incentive, and long-term reward programmes.
- Evaluate and enhance employee benefits offerings to support employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure reward programmes are equitable, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide strategic recommendations on executive compensation and workforce cost management. ## HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies supporting transformation initiatives.
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational design.
- Advise stakeholders on organisational effectiveness and change management programmes.
- Build strong relationships across the business as a trusted HR advisor. ## Organisation Transformation & Change
- Lead HR workstreams related to business transformation, restructuring, and organisational change.
- Develop initiatives that foster agility, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Support leadership teams in embedding new ways of working and evolving company culture. ## Talent & Employee Experience
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Strengthen employer branding and employee value proposition.
- Drive initiatives to improve retention and employee satisfaction. ## HR Operations & Governance
- Ensure compliance with all employment legislation and HR policies.
- Lead HR operations, systems, reporting, and people analytics.
- Manage HR budgets and optimise HR processes and efficiencies. ## The Successful Applicant
- Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience with substantial expertise in Compensation & Benefits.
- Proven track record in leading HR within a large, established organisation undergoing transformation.
- Strong experience in reward design, executive compensation, benefits strategy, and workforce analytics.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives on organisation change and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance employee and business priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams.
- Familiarity with regional or multinational environments would be advantageous.
