Job
Responsibilities:
- Manage treasury operations, including daily cash position monitoring, investment portfolio administration and funding arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain short-term and medium-term cash flow forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis to support liquidity planning and investment decisions.
- Handle daily payment operations, including settlement to service providers, payment claims and refunds.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process for treasury-related income, including interest income and investment returns.
- Coordinate banking-related activities, including electronic banking administration, account maintenance and KYC documentation.
- Ensure the compliance of internal treasury policies, with regulatory requirements, and relevant obligations under the Stored Value Facility (SVF) Framework.
- Review, maintain, and enhance treasury policies, procedures, internal controls and risk management practices to support effective governance and regulatory compliance
- Prepare regular and ad hoc treasury reports, management information, and financial analyses to facilitate management decision-making.
- Identify operational, liquidity, compliance, or control issues and escalate significant matters to management on a timely basis.
- Support ad hoc projects Job Requirement:
- A degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in cash flow forecasts and fixed income product management, experience in corporate treasury or cash management in banking industry is a plus
- Qualified accountant
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Experienced in Oracle Treasury application is preferred
- Proficient in e-banking settlement processes; system implementation experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, able to multitask, and effective under pressure
- A team player who can also work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Chinese
