Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and Implementation team to gather and analyze system Integration requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications
- Design, implement, and test system integration mappings and workflows using standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT and others
- Lead customer onboarding initiatives, including setup, configuration, and training on system integration
- Troubleshoot system integration related issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements to optimize data interchange
- Work closely with development and implementation teams to support system integration projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Document processes, create user guides, and provide ongoing support to clients in logistics and supply chain sectors
- Stay updated on emerging system integration technologies and trends to drive innovation in customer solutions
Requirements
- University graduate in Computer Science with at least 4 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally in a customer-facing role
- Proven experience in customer onboarding for system implementations and working in agile environments. Project management skills would be a plus
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards, including X12, EDIFACT, and similar protocols
- Familiarity with additional data formats like XML, JSON, or API integrations.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to boost productivity
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ambitious and self-motivated in a fast-paced workspace
- A global mindset, previous international exposure preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and cultures
- Active listening and empathy to understand customer pain points and translate them into actionable solutions
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences
- Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Less experienced candidates will be considered for the business analyst position
