What You'll Do Drive Digital Innovation Across Wealth Centers & Branch Network Support digital transformation initiatives across our wealth centers and branch network, from strategy and concept to execution Work on high-impact projects like AI-powered solutions which drive impact to our customers, digital enablement for wealth management and branch servicing, and real-time analytics dashboards Partner with technology teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency Enable AI & Technology Adoption Champion AI and emerging technology adoption across the distribution channels Support the implementation of GenAI, agentic AI, and other cutting-edge technologies in banking operations Identify opportunities, shape and deliver AI and digital enablement to drive impacts to our customers, our employees, and our business. Shape Branch Network Strategy Contribute to strategic planning for branch network - strategic growth, optimization and transformation Conduct research and analysis on competitive landscape, customer behavior, and market trends Support senior leadership presentations and strategic decision-making with data-driven insights Manage End-to-End Project Delivery Own project workstreams from ideation, conceptual design, journey design to rollout and adoption Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, technology, operations, and compliance Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery Build for the Future Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to drive continuous innovation and growth Embrace latest technology, digital and AI trends Define relevance and practicality to our business, customers and employees to drive impactful outcome to the business What We're Looking For Experience & Background 5-8 years of professional experience in digital transformation, technology enablement, consulting, project management, or related fields Background in financial services, banking, fintech, or consulting is a plus but not mandatory Track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments Technology & Analytical Skills Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data and derive insights Native with technology-you don't need to code, but you should understand how digital solutions work Experience with AI, automation, or emerging technologies is a strong plus Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms Strategic & Business Acumen Ability to think strategically while being hands-on and detailed with execution Understanding of customer experience design and journey mapping Business-minded with ability to build compelling business cases Collaboration & Communication Excellent stakeholder management skills-you'll work with everyone from branch staff to management Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable plans Comfortable presenting to management and facilitating workshops Mindset & Attributes Fast learner who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly to change Self-starter with "can-do” and strong ownership mentality, and ability to work independently Curious and innovative-always asking "how can we do this better to be create more impact to our customers, employees and business?"
