Our client, a leading investment bank is seeking to hire a Business Analyst to facilitate digital transformation within their Private Wealth business. The ideal candidate would possess strong project management expertise, having expertise in end-to-end implementation of GenAI projects. Responsibilities: Technology & Digital Strategy: Design and oversee digital transformation initiatives by identifying integrated concepts that align with business objectives, while integrating innovative approaches shaped by emerging trends. Process Enhancement: Proactively uncover opportunities to refine workflows, automate tasks, and optimize operations. Help establish best practices, guidelines, and frameworks to improve future project execution. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of generative AI initiatives, resolving any obstacles along the way. Training & Enablement: Facilitate training workshops and develop instructional materials to empower end-users in adopting new solutions effectively. Innovation & Validation: Organize design thinking sessions to generate, evaluate, and prioritize transformative ideas. Build prototypes and test them with stakeholders for feedback. Industry Awareness: Keep abreast of evolving technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes to assess their impact on the business. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively and build consensus among leadership and key stakeholders to drive strategic decisions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or a related discipline. 5–10 years in strategy, with a focus on digital/technology initiatives. Background in Retail/Private Banking or Wealth Management is preferred. Solid expertise in generative AI frameworks and experience implementing AI-driven solutions. Proficiency in prompt engineering to fine-tune model responses. Familiarity with deploying and optimizing AI models. Strong track record in managing intricate projects. Exposure to Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or User-Centered Design is a plus. Exceptional analytical abilities to assess business needs, foresee challenges, and craft creative solutions. Keen interest in staying updated on advancements in AI, RPA, and data analytics.
