We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President. In this role you will Maximizes productivity, efficiency and profitability Ensure the highest level of support to meet on-going business needs Manages day-to-day operational activities to safeguard the bank from potential loss Develops a quality staff force through good performance management, achieving FAST goal and through training and motivation Supports new business development and change initiatives Executes approved strategies and business plans and market changes projects To be successful you will need Strong experience in Securities Operations Strategic mind-set, with strong conceptual, critical and analytical skills Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills Personal qualities of stability, maturity and leadership.
