Your new company Our client is a leading regional bank with a full banking license and strong presence across the global, including Asia-Pacific. This institution offers comprehensive commercial and consumer banking services and is recognized for its robust compliance culture and global connectivity. Your new role As FVP, Compliance Testing, you will lead the design and execution of compliance testing programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing risk-based compliance testing plans. Conducting reviews across business units to assess control effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Identifying gaps, escalating issues, and recommending remediation strategies. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, including Compliance, Audit, and Front Office teams. Preparing detailed reports for senior management and regulatory authorities. What you'll need to succeed Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance testing or audit within the banking sector. In-depth knowledge of global banking regulations and risk-based testing methodologies. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Professional certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent are highly desirable. Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
