About the role: The Client Success Associate will play a key role in driving client engagement and retention during a period of significant growth. As a vital extension of the sales team, you will build strong relationships with clients, ensure optimal product usage, and identify opportunities for renewals and expansion.​ Responsibilities: Conduct quarterly check-ins with clients to foster long-term engagement and uncover renewal opportunities Proactively support clients with low usage, tailoring solutions to their needs Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests Manage the renewal process, prepare proposals, an negotiate contract terms Identify upsell opportunities for designated products Monitor client health using internal dashboards and implement retention strategies Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce and support sales team activities Coordinate client meetings, events, and internal project initiatives Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in institutional client services or subscription-based business within SaaS/FS/Professional Services industry Familiarity with global financial services clients highly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and business intelligence platforms​Passionate about data with strong attention to detail Excellent spoken and written English & Chinese/Mandarin.
