Job Description Develop in-depth expertise in Delta One trading systems and provide direct support for core trading functions on the desk. Contribute to the global development and enhancement of pricing models, risk management tools, and electronic trading platforms. Assist with a broad range of day-to-day trading activities , including trade booking and lifecycle management , execution and pricing maintenance , and process automation . Assess trading risks and design suitable hedging strategies to minimize potential losses. Participate in market making and inventory management to support the desk’s trading objectives. Ensure fair and accurate execution of client orders in accordance with internal and regulatory standards. Collaborate with the broader trading team to develop and implement long-term trading strategies and expand the firm’s product and client offerings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above from a well-recognized university . 3–5 years of relevant experience , ideally within equity derivatives trading or trade support. Solid understanding of equity derivatives products, market structures, and client needs . Willingness to support global trading coverage (day and night shifts on a rotational basis). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; able to multitask and perform effectively under pressure. Proven ability to understand and manage complex and diverse financial instruments . Proficiency in Bloomberg , booking systems , and trading protocols ; familiarity with closing procedures and trade lifecycle processes . Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Chinese .
