The Role AVP/VP, Rewards and Policy, Human Resources Key Accountabilities Responsible for upholding or updating human resources policies to meet the requirements of the head office, firmwide business direction and market practices; Compensation: Coordinate, participate and handle annual salary and benefit projects, including annual salary increases and promotions; Serve as an internal consultant to handle salary questionnaires and regularly re-examine the salary structure; Benefits: Lead the processing of benefits and insurance renewals, and ensure the process complies with internal guidelines and legislation; Prepare management reports and analyzes on a regular basis; Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. Skills & Experience Love the country, Hong Kong and the Company and align with the core values of Bank of China and BOCI; Bachelor degree or above; Familiar with the Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations of financial institutions; Over 5 years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits in multinational companies or financial institutions; candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage; Proficient in office software such as Word, PPT, Excel, and fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; Good organizational and communications skills, language expression skills, strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills; Able to work independently and withstand pressure.
