User Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities: User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviours, and pain points of our customers. Use findings to inform design decisions. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. UI Design: Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the user experience. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals. Design Systems: Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the application. Accessibility: Ensure designs are accessible and comply with standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users. Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI design and the insurance industry. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in design or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design Hands-on experience in creating web application designs for employees (non-public facing) Preference will be given to those who has worked in the insurance industry, especially life insurance Should have great communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders Hands-on experience in Figma in the last 5 years is mandatory, with the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Should be an individual contributor, with effective time management skills If you're interested in this role, forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to alice.tong@hays.com.hk, or call us now.
