We are currently seeking a talented Application Support Engineer for one of our most sizeable financial services. Your new role Deliver proactive support in the operational phase, spotting and dissecting application glitches in PWM products. Join test campaigns for major PWM apps, running validations, spotting issues, and confirming alignment with user requirements. Guide teams on essential PWM applications, enhancing skills and tool proficiency. Own the team's product "reference" role-establish, refresh, and enforce the complete Product Lifecycle. Partner closely with Product Owners on enhancements, updates, and compliance. Uphold high standards in IT and banking processes, flagging risks and driving efficiency gains. What you'll need to succeed 5+ years of application and system support experience, especially within financial institutions Experience with PWM tools and UAT troubleshooting Top-notch organisational, communication, and people skills; detail-focused, methodical, and organised. Proactive, solution-seeker who thrives solo and can debate ideas with execs confidently. Solid grasp of wealth management ops, IT setups, and banking workflows. Strong verbal/written comms for clients, training, and reports. Experience with PWM tools and UAT troubleshooting.
