Your new company Founded by a respected entrepreneur and thought leader, this company holds over US$ 500M in their digital assets, with over 200+ investments in the Web 3.0 space. They are currently looking to hire someone to facilitate the Capital Management function. Your new role Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, institutional investors, and cryptocurrency funds. Design and implement capital management strategies aligned with corporate and token ecosystem goals. Optimise capital structure across equity, tokenized assets, and convertible instruments. Lead capital allocation decisions to maximise return on invested capital and token utility. Drive fundraising initiatives including equity rounds, SAFEs, and token-based offerings. Manage short- and long-term liquidity planning across fiat and digital assets. Ensure access to sufficient capital to support operational and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with Treasury and Tokenomics teams to align funding with ecosystem growth. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and capital adequacy standards across jurisdictions. Partner with legal and compliance teams to manage financial exposure and reporting obligations. Monitor and report on capital efficiency metrics (e.g., ROIC, ROE, token performance). Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the C-suite and Board. What you'll need to succeed Minimum 6-8 years of experience in capital management, corporate finance, or fundraising roles. Proven track record in capital raising, including equity, convertible instruments, and token-based fundraising. Prior experience in Web 3.0, blockchain, crypto, or fintech companies is essential. Strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), tokenomics, and blockchain-based funding models. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
