As an Investment Analyst/Associate, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions that drive long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research, industry analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities. Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment performance and returns. Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal committees and external stakeholders. Monitor portfolio companies, track performance metrics, and assist in value creation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners. Stay updated on private market trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic developments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus. Over 2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
