Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Location: Hong Kong (with regional oversight in South China) About the Company Our client is a fast-growing event technology company that has been scaling rapidly over the past decade. Key Responsibilities As COO, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company's continued growth. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company's growth strategy. Oversee day-to-day operations across all business units: Sales & Marketing, Project Production, Finance, HR & Admin. Operational Management: Implement scalable processes and systems to support rapid expansion. Ensure operational efficiency and compliance across regional offices. Financial Oversight: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and risk management. Provide strategic insights based on financial data to guide decision-making. Team Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Mentor and develop department heads to achieve organisational goals. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum 6 years of business operations experience in the technology industry. Solid finance background; Big 4 experience strongly preferred. Proven track record in scaling operations and managing cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
