Experience in margin financing and stock pledging is an advantage. 3. 有扎实的金融市场知识，对香港Margin融资业务和其他融资类业务规则及风险有深刻的理解，对金融服务行业有热情； Has a solid understanding of financial market, including knowledge and risks of margin financing and other financing-related business. Has a passion for financial services industry. 4. 工作认真负责，善于团队合作；适应能力、学习能力、抗压能力强，具有较强跨部门的沟通能力，熟练使用Office相关办公软件； Has a strong sense of responsibility and good at team working. Fast-learner with good adaptability and stress tolerance. Has excellent cross-department communication skills. Proficient in using daily office software like Microsoft Office. 5. 了解证券市场动态，熟悉二级证券市场交易、交易型客户特性及交易策略优先； Has a good understanding of securities market dynamics, as well as client's characteristics, trading strategies is an advantage. 6. 本科以上学历，有研究生学历，或金融、基础科学与工程等专业背景优先； Bachelor degree or above. Master degree, or interdisciplinary background in Finance, Science & Engineering is an advantage 7. 可使用英语及普通话进行流利沟通优先。 Fluency in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
