This role involves leading origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities across private equity, private credit, real assets, and hedge fund strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep market knowledge, and proven ability to manage complex transactions and investor relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate alternative investment opportunities aligned with firm objectives Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk analysis for potential investments Negotiate and structure deals in collaboration with legal and compliance teams Oversee performance of existing investments and recommend strategic actions Prepare detailed reports and presentations for investment committees and stakeholders Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in alternative assets Provide thought leadership and contribute to strategic asset allocation decisions Build and maintain strong relationships with fund managers, institutional investors, and industry partners Represent the firm at industry events and investor meetings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred 7–10 years of experience in alternative investments, private equity, private credit, or hedge funds Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills Excellent presentation and communication skills in Mandarin and English Ability to engage senior stakeholders Proven track record in deal execution and portfolio management If you are interested in learning more of this role or other potential opportunities, let's connect today via WhatsApp or WeChat: +852 5424 6512 .
