We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Commercialization & Wealth Lending. Key Responsibilities: Report to Head of Wealth and Premier Solutions, Hong Kong and responsible for the end-to-end leadership of wealth commercialization, cross-selling and wealth business growth strategies Create, own and execute a comprehensive wealth commercialization strategy and manage Insight Hub to identify and capitalize on market opportunities from CIO view to drive actionable wealth cross-selling initiatives and revenue growth Lead Wealth Scrum to drive cross-team collaborations and strategic alignment with Products, Distribution, Marketing, Propositions and Data Analytics to grow wealth customer base (broad-basing) and drive product cross-selling (deepening) effectively. Drive the growth of the wealth lending business to support the growth of different wealth products. Own the wealth lending P&L of USD20m annualized revenue, responsibility through data-driven decision making and disciplined financial management. Lead and support strategic initiatives such as CIES, WMC and WEF. Liaise with key stakeholders including Group GPB & Premier, Retail Distribution, Product teams, Marketing, Data Analytics Transformation, Compliance and Legal, etc. to facilitate development and implementation of initiatives and projects Ensure full compliance with all Group Standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks Inspire, develop and lead a diverse team of professionals, fostering a high-performing and values-driven culture. Champion talent development to ensure long-term organizational capability. Requirements: Bachelor Degree with business studies related discipline is preferred Exceptional leadership and proven experience preferably in Retail Banking, Wealth and Insurance product management with business KPI responsibilities, well understanding on the wealth products, sales and/or marketing Deep understanding of Hong Kong's retail and wealth management markets, customer dynamics and competitive landscape Strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders Strong analytical skills and project management skills in developing and implementing initiatives and ability in timely and effective problem solving Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese Opening up a world of opportunity http://www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
