Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Relationship Managers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, offering independent investment advisory and wealth management solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to provide customized financial solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs and HNW families. Acquire new clients and expand the firm's assets under management (AUM). Provide independent investment advisory and wealth management solutions tailored to clients' needs. Collaborate with internal investment professionals to deliver top-tier financial products and services. Stay informed on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. Act as a trusted advisor by providing comprehensive financial planning, portfolio management, and risk management solutions. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Private Banking, Priority / Premier Banking, Wealth Management, or External Asset Management. Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
