Position Summary:We are recruiting a technically expert Water Mains Rehabilitation Team Leader for our client to lead the specialised on-site team for a major pipe rehabilitation project. This hands-on leadership role requires deep practical experience in all aspects of water mains repair and rehabilitation techniques, with specific knowledge of the advanced technologies to be deployed. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and direct the specialised water mains rehabilitation team on site full-time.Oversee the operation, execution, and quality control of all pipe rehabilitation activities.Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project's technical specifications.Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for the specific rehabilitation technology being used.Coordinate with the Site Agent and other teams to ensure integrated project execution. Requirements: Recognised university degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Hong Kong.Minimum of 8 years of direct experience in water mains rehabilitation.Within the 8 years, 6 years must be hands-on site experience operating, executing, or supervising work teams in water mains rehabilitation.Within the 8 years, 2 years must be specific experience with the relevant rehabilitation technology to be used on this contract.
