Regional Product Launch Specialist, Asia Pacific

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead new product launches and drive business expansion in the Asia Pacific region for medical devices.
This role involves leading pre-market development, new product launches, and full commercialization in the APAC region with a focus on Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with key stakeholders to introduce product portfolios.
- Analyzing patient journeys to identify areas for improvement.
- Driving strategic growth initiatives through market research.
- Developing effective marketing and sales plans for new products.
- Leading business development efforts to meet sales targets.
- Strategizing and executing new product launches.
- Fostering collaboration with regional and global teams.
- Exploring opportunities for sustainable company growth.
Eligibility requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
- 8+ years of experience in medical device sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of the Asia-Pacific market and business environment would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate across cultures and functions.
- Results-driven, motivated, and adaptable.
